ok, lets start with the bus wrap. It needs work. It feels like you just put the logo on the rear of the bus. Im not sure if it was intentional, but I think the template blue is still there. If one of your main colors is black, you should use that as the background instead of blue. But I can see a great usage in your stars and distress texture on bus. Its a big bus.
for the billboard, I can definitely read the message. Maybe you can play on the rock.a.holic slogan. Maybe a bottle fused with a guitar?
I really like your bill board design. It stands out a lot with having the dark background and white text on top. I can picture seeing it while driving. I like the placement of your logo as well.
For the bus wrap, I like the direction you are taking, but I think you can still work on it a little bit more.

you can drag and drop your billboard onto your bus and thats a wrap... the one you have now doesn't rock as much.
i really like the look on black.
Do not to use the same font as your logo. It takes away the logo's uniqueness. Play around with different font that will compliment your logo.

bus wrap should just be a variation of that. thats my template?!?! i will give you the benefit of the doubt on that one
